Vince Quevedo
Vince Quevedo is a national and international award winning designer. His
art-to-wear designs have garnered him prestigious awards for his creativity,
ingenuity, and fine craftsmanship. His designs have been exhibited in
France, England, Germany, South Korea, Japan and many other countries.
Considered to be one of the top design professors in the country, his many
awards and recognitions rank him with some of the best design educators.
Professor Quevedo promotes diversity, equal opportunity and the right to be
who you are. Currently, Vinci is a design faculty at Kent State University in
Ohio. His designs, sculptures, and quilts are available for gallery exhibitions,
fashion shows, lectures, donations and sale. Please contact us if you are

Vinci Designs
Vince Quevedo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing and Textiles, Master of Science degree in
Workforce Education and Development and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Textiles. He has taught at
several universities in the Midwest. He has also taught College Teaching Methods at March Air Force
Base in California and Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. His creative teaching methods have been
recognized nationally and his graduate students have garnered national and international awards. He
was at Oklahoma State University as an associate professor where he helped to develop their creative
graduate program as well as helped to design protective firemen suits that received two patents. You
can now find him at Kent State University in Ohio, one of the top ten fashion design schools in the
country.
